“Thinking of You”….

Welcome All!

It’s hard to believe that it has been ten weeks since everything came to a grinding halt and total hibernation has taken over.

Today’s CAS card is rather fitting with the whole COVID situation that everyone is dealing with.  I have used the adorable Thoughtful Kimberly paired with One of Those Days, both from High Hopes Stamps.

After coluring the image with Copic Markers, I cut it out using a Pleated Circle Die.  I then used a larger Pleated Circle Die to cut out a piece of mulberry paper with one edge trimmed. Some ribbon and Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops finished off the card.

Supplies used:

  • Stamps: Thoughtful Kimberly (H202), One of Those Day (F252) — High Hopes Stamps
  • Paper:  XPress It Blending Cardstock; DP – Garden of Delights — Scrapberry; Mulberry Paper

Hello everyone;

Hmm, Irma is definitely busy ironing out the wrinkles on the towel and maybe she is trying to get ride of the wrinkles.

Now it could be debatable as to whether wrinkles are hereditary… and that we get them from our children.  They could be considered hereditary as we did frown a lot because of their antics and frowning causes  wrinkles… just saying it is a possibility

After colouring Ironing Irma (High Hopes Stamps) with Copic Markers, I used a Double Stitched Rectangle Die from Gina Marie Designs to cut it out.  A piece of Mulberry paper was cut out with the same die.  Some ribbon, Prima flowers – with a dab of Morning Dew from Nuvo Crystal Drops in the center and Your Next Stamps Enamel Dots finished off the card.

Get Well Soon!

Welcome OCS and  HH Fans;

I’m certainly glad that it is Friday and the weekend will soon be here.  It has been one those weeks, when nothing seems to have gone right.  To top it off, I wasn’t able to find where I put a craft item that I wanted to use on today’s card. Hopefully, I will eventually find it.

For today’s card, I used this adorable English Rose from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.  After stamping the image on XPress It Blending Cardstock, I coloured it with copic markers using colours that I usually don’t use.  I added some Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops to the roses and on the die, which didn’t quite work out the way I wanted.  Nuvo High Gloss White Crystal Drops was used in the corners.
