Thank you!

Hi Fellow Crafters;

It is Wacky Wednesday again, and for today’s post for OCS I have used a couple of Heartfelt Creations latest releases — Peacock Paisley and Delightful Daisy, Delightful Daisy Dies; as well as the co-ordinating Peacock Paisley Collection paper pack. I also used the new Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit also by Heartfelt Creations.

I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir Pencils and added some clear Zig Wink of Stella to the flourishes.

Supplies used:

To create the flowers, I stamped the Delightful Daisy stamp set on vellum and then die cut them out with the matching die set. Using the matching die set eliminates the need for fuzzy cutting of the individual flowers and the die does a wonderful job.  To shape the flowers,  I used Heartfelt Creations new Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.  A must have tool kit for anyone who likes to make their own flowers.  This kit comes with a stylus as well as 8 stylus tips,a piercer, a curler, an embossing mat and a piercing mat.  I used the curler to shape the flowers, as it won’t crack the vellum.

There is plenty of time to enter this month’s Anything Goes challenge for a chance to win a prize from One Crazy Stamper.  For any supplies that you might need check out Lora’s online store or in person.

Until next time, keep crafting and enjoy your creativity.

Sending lots of hugs,

Peony Posey

Hi Fellow Crafters,

April, is certainly passing quickly and with it we are definitely into Spring with April Showers which will bring May Flowers.

For my post today here at OCS, I have used the new Peony Posey stamp from IndigoBlu.  I used the Spectrum Noir pencils to colour the flowers and then went over them with the Clear Wink of Stella to add a bit of glitter.  Before cutting the photo corners some Stick It Adhesive was added to the back of the cardstock.  This adhesive is great for dies where glue doesn’t work as well.

“Sing a New Song”

Hi Fellow Crafters;

We are half way through April and spring is definitely in the air.  Hope you have enjoyed the wonderful spring like weather we have had over the last few days.  For my post today at OCS, I have used the Birds and Blooms stamp from Heartfelt Creations along with the matching Birds and Blooms Die.  I stamped the images and then used the matching Birds and Blooms Die to cut everything out.  So much easier to do than fuzzy cutting and certainly worth it.  I then layered the pieces for a 3D effect.

Something Different!

Hi Fellow Crafters;

Wednesday is here again and I hope you enjoyed the Easter Weekend with your family.  We are having an “Anything Goes” challenge here at OCS for the month of April.  For my post today, I have the new Lotus stamp from IndigoBlu and used a technique that I haven’t used for quite some time.

I used some gold embossing powder and heat embossed the image, then added some colour to the background using the Tea Dye Distress Ink from Ranger.  Scor Pal Tape (1/4″) was used to create a border around the edge and some Lancashire Rose Mega Flakes from IndigoBlu was added.  I didn’t add a sentiment at this time as I couldn’t decide what the card could be used for.

Supplies used:

Take some time to play our “Anything Goes Challenge” here at One Crazy Stamper this month, and share your creativity with the OCS design team.  For all your supplies stop by Lora’s OCS store.

Until next time, keep crafting.

April Challenge – Anything Goes

 Hi Fellow Crafters;

Being as it is the first of the month, we have a brand new challenge here at One Crazy Stamper.  The challenge for April is “Anything Goes”.  For my card to start the challenge I have used the new Birds and Collage Stamp from Heartfelt Creations.  I used the Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint to add colour to the embossed image and Distress Inks Shaded Lilac and Dried Marigold on the stamped image.

Happy Spring!!!

Hi Everyone;

Now that March break is over, hopefully this spring like weather will stay for a while. It is certainly melting the snow and becoming a bit warmer. The month is almost over and hopefully it doesn’t go out like a lion.

For my post today at OCS I have used this adorable Hummingbird stamp as well as a sentiment from the Sign Post Sentiment set. Both are from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. The background is a stamp from Impression Obsession called Blossoming Branches Background which I coloured with some Rangers Distress Inks.

Spring is on the Way!!

Hi Fellow Crafters;

Hope you are enjoying this more balmy like weather that is melting some snow and showing grass.  Yeah!  Spring will soon be here along with some flowers, greener grass and more sunshine.

For my post today, I have used Part-Time Gardener from High Hopes Rubber Stamps January 2015 release.  To adhere the Kensington Border Die (Memory Box) that is on the left hand side I used this new adhesive called Stick It.  It is the perfect type of adhesive for all the fine and intricate dies, that are difficult to add adhesive to.

Sending Cheery Wishes Your Way!

Hi Everyone;

March started off as a lamb on Sunday, and now we are having a winter storm with snow and freezing rain. I don’t know about you, but I am definitely can’t wait for spring to arrive.

As it is a new month, this means that we have a new challenge here at OCS, and it is “Anything Goes”.  For my post today, I have used a High Hopes Rubber Stamps called “Hummingbird Ring” and no design paper.  I used the Ranger Distress Inks to add colour to the embossed background.
