Happy Halloween!!!!

Hi Everyone;

Now that school has started, the next special day will be Halloween.  Hopefully, if all goes well, the children will be able to go Trick or Treating this year.  For today’s card, I used the cute and adorable Boo Family in a Frame, both stamps are from High Hopes Stamps.

After stamping the image onto XPress It Blending Cardstock, I then coloured the image with Copic Markers.  It was then cut out around the border, and mounted on to some black cardstock.  Some twine and enamel dots finished off this CAS card.

Happy Thanksgiving

Welcome HH Fans;

Fall is just around the corner and with that comes leaves changing to some beautiful colours, as well as falling, pumpkins getting bigger and Thanksgiving and Halloween coming.  For the month of August, the Divas will be showcasing the adorable Happy Halloween/Fall Release.

For today’s card I have used the adorable Harvest Mice stamps from High Hopes Stamps.  After stamping it on some XPress It Blending Cardstock, I coloured it with Copic Markers.  It was then cut out using a Double Stitched Square Die.

Some enamel dots finished it off, thus creating a very CAS card.

No Tricks…Just Treats

Time is certainly passing by.  Halloween is almost here, and it is going to be so very different this year with global events that are currently taking place.

For today’s card, I have the adorable Pumpkin Treat from High High Stamps.  This is a very CAS card.  After colouring the image with copic markers, I cut it out using the Pleated Circle Die from Gina Marie Designs.  Some Twine and enamel dots finished it off.

All month long, the Divas have been showcasing Halloween and Fall cards using the adorable images from High Hopes Stamps.

For today’s post I have another Halloween card using Sitting Witchy Poo Pumpkin.  They do look kinda of comfy together.  After stamping her onto XPress It Blending cardstock, I then coloured her using Copic Markers.  I used a broom and bat sticker from the Bewitched Design Paper by Echo Park.

Hi HH Fans;

For this month the DT Divas are sharing Fall and Halloween cards.  For today’s card, I have used the cute Batty Boo along with the Zig Zag Frame from High Hopes Stamps.   Now, here is the thing — my cards are 95% of the time CAS.  Since  I went a little outside of my comfort zone, I had a bit of a challenge.

After stamping both images on Copic XPress It Blending Cardstock, I coloured them with Copic Markers.   Batty Boo wasn’t too difficult to fuzzy cut, now the Zig Zag Frame was another whole story.  Not only the outside border was cut, but also the inside area.  I was holding my breath hoping the scissors didn’t slip and cut into the main frame — this is where I’m thinking a ScanNCut might have been helpful, lol! Once the frame was cut to my satisfaction, I trimmed a piece of the Bewitched Design Paper from Echo Park to fit the back of the frame. It is hard to see but there are some clouds and stars on the design papers.

Hi Fellow Crafters;

As the last weekend of the year is over, this means that Christmas is approaching and will be here before we know it.  OCS is showcasing High Hopes September Halloween/Christmas Release.

For today’s post I have used the adorable Christmas Bear stamp and the background stamp (Winter Wonderland) is an older High Hopes stamp.

Haunted House

Hi All,

For this Halloween card, I used this stamp from Kraftin’ Kimmie called Haunted House as the main focal  point.  I added Spooktacular from Your Next Stamp and the sentiment was from Got Candy, Trick or Treat set also from Your Next Stamp.

I coloured Spooktacular with C00-No. 00 and then used the colourless blender to lighten it a bit. Both Spooktacular and the Haunted House were fuzzy cut.  The Spooky Tree die was put slightly behind the Haunted House.
