Showers of Love

Hi All;

Another week has gone by and Sunday is here again.  For today’s OCS post, I have used this adorable pair called Elle and Elmer from High Hopes January Release.  Now I have done two new things.  The first, which I have never done before is paper pieced the umbrella using paper from the Lucy Cromwell Design Paper by Papermania.  The second which I have done on occassion, is to finish the inside of the card.

Kitty Post

Hi Everyone;

It is Sunday again, and boy do I wish there were more hours in the week.  The days seem to fly by.  For today’s post for One Crazy Stamper, I have used this cute stamp called Kitty Post that was designed by Penny Johnson for Stampavie.  I have used another Cutting, Embossing & Embroidery Die from Joy Crafts which I stittched using a green and lavendar shade Sulky Threads, and then inked  with the Versa Magic Chalk Inks Spring Pansy and Aloe Vera.  I will have a tutorial next week on using these unique dies.  I definitely like adding some embroidery to my cards.  As I couldn’t decide on what sentiment to use, I didn’t add one at this time.

Hi All;

As it is December 1st, it is time for a new challenge.  This month’s challenge is a sketch for the winter/holiday cards that we are all making this month.  For the Holly Berries die, I cut, embossed and then stitched it using red and green metallic thread.  I then used the Festive Berries and Evergreen Bough Distress Inks to add colour to it.
