With it being February 1st, this means a brand new challenge here at One Crazy Stamper; which is “Anything Goes”.

I used this older adorable image from High Hopes Rubber Stamps called Purr-ty Tweet Kitty.

• Miscellaneous:  Ribbon and Rhinestones
